The Clerk of the Circuit Court is required by Florida Statutes to charge for services rendered in recording documents and in performing various
other duties. All checks should be made payable to Clerk of the Circuit Court. The schedule contains the most common transactions involving
the payment of charges to the Clerk. If you will be requesting a service that is not listed, please consult the Clerk's Office to determine what,
if any, fee is required.
The Florida State Legislature, not the Clerk’s office or local Judiciary, regulates court fees.
Effective June 1, 2009, Legislature has imposed significant increases for filing fees and service charges.
While the Clerks are required by law to collect these additional fees, they do not benefit your local Clerk’s office.
